1) Will I receive the exact item shown?
Yes. I shoot every piece myself (including any signs of wear). What you see is what you get. Box/pouch or accessories are included only if stated in the listing.
2) Do you offer a payment plan (layaway)?
Yes – by request.
- Deposit: 20% non-refundable, paid via PayPal Friends & Family (not Goods & Services). No holds without a deposit.
- Schedule: Remaining balance paid over 2–3 months (depends on item value; we agree the schedule upfront).
- Shipping: Ships after full payment clears.
- Cancellation / missed payments: Order is cancelled; the 20% deposit is forfeited. Any additional payments are refunded minus the deposit.
3) Are items cross-listed? What if two people buy at the same time?
Many pieces are cross-listed. Orders are first paid, first served. In the rare case of an oversell, you’ll be notified and receive a prompt refund.
4) Do you polish, resize, or modify items before shipping?
I keep pieces as found aside from a light clean to preserve the original finish. I don’t resize or alter items before shipment. If you need service, bring it to a Tiffany boutique or a trusted, reliable local jeweler.
5) Do items come with original packaging or paperwork?
Only if specified in the listing. Paperwork and packaging are not decision-grade proof of authenticity – see About Authenticity for how I evaluate pieces.
