1) Order Processing & Tracking

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email right away and a tracking email when your order ships.
  • Each item is inspected and video-recorded before packing for quality and insurance purposes.

2) Shipping Rates (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate $4.95 for order under $500.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $500 and above.
  • Service is selected based on destination, value, and speed.

3) Signature & Insurance

  • Orders over $500 require Signature on Delivery.
  • All shipments are insured for the full purchase value.
  • Packages marked Delivered by the carrier are considered delivered for insurance purposes.

4) Address Changes

  • We ship to the address provided at checkout.
  • We cannot reroute packages after shipment. For changes, contact us before your order ships.

5) P.O. Boxes & Forwarders

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • We do not ship to freight forwarders or third-party consolidators.

6) International Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping via USPS Priority Mail International or UPS Worldwide Expedited. Carrier will be chosen at our discretion, depending on destination and order value.
  • Flat Rate Standard International Shipping: $39.95
  • Import duties, taxes, and fees (VAT/GST) are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • We do not declare lower values or mark items as gifts. Transit times vary by country and customs.

7) Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • Carrier or customs delays may occur and are outside our control.
  • If tracking hasn’t updated for 7 days (U.S.) or 14 days (international), contact us so we can open a tracer/claim.
  • If a package arrives damaged, record an unboxing video and photos in one continuous take starting from the unopened parcel, keep all packaging, and contact us within 48 hours so we can file an insurance claim.

8) Undeliverable / Refused Packages

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, original shipping is non-refundable.
  • Reshipment will require new postage.
  • 20% restocking fee applies to returned/undeliverable/refused packages.
