An elegant and rare Tiffany & Co. necklace in platinum (PT950) showcasing an open heart pendant pavé-set with round brilliant diamonds and finished with a luminous pearl drop. A single bezel-set diamond station links the pendant to the finely detailed twisted-wire platinum chain for extra sparkle.
Diamonds: Approx. 1.01 total carats combined (pavé heart + bezel-set station); heart set with ~20 round brilliants.
The necklace measures 18.5” with the pendant included.
In very good vintage condition with light wear consistent with age. Diamonds are bright; pearl is lustrous.
