This is Tiffany & Co. Etoile sterling silver heart pendant featuring five bezel-set diamonds.
The pendant is attached to the original adjustable black silk cord necklace, wearable from approximately 16” to 18”. The pendant is removable and can also be worn separately as a charm on a bracelet or another necklace.
