This one-of-a-kind vintage charm/pendant by Tiffany & Co. features a whimsical “wishing well” design. A red enamel heart hangs from a chain and can be drawn up using the functional winch, mimicking a real vintage well (please refer to the video).
Crafted in 14k yellow gold, this piece is in very good vintage condition with minor surface scratches from gentle wear.
