This is a beautiful vintage mid century Tiffany & Co. mesh buckle ring. Stylish 1940’s retro with 14k yellow gold and platinum.
The folding buckle is set with four round rubies and a small diamond in platinum. The pointed tail of the ring is set with three additional round rubies. The mesh buckle design was popular for bracelets in Retro jewelry, but rings were far less common. Adjustable vintage buckle rings are becoming increasingly hard to find.
The adjustable band ensures a perfect fit size from approximately 3.75 to 8.5.
Diamond tcw is approx. 0.03; Rubies tcw are approx. 0.43. However, I am not a professional, so please consider this as a reference.

In vintage condition with light wear throughout from normal wear, as well as minor surface abrasion (particularly on some rubies) only visible under 10x magnification.
