An exquisite and highly collectible piece from Elsa Peretti’s iconic Starfish collection for Tiffany & Co. Crafted in solid 18k yellow gold and fully set with brilliant-cut diamonds totaling approximately 1.25 carats. However, I am not a professional, so please consider this as a reference.
This is considered one of the largest starfish that Tiffany has ever made, measuring approx. 1.65 inch (42 mm) wide and 1.3 inch (34 mm) long. Comparable smaller-size versions of this necklace have sold for over $8,000 by other sellers, making this large version an even more desirable collector’s piece.
A true vintage treasure from the 1980s, no longer in production and increasingly rare to find, especially in this condition. Minimal light scratches from normal wear, consistent with age. Overall in beautiful vintage condition.
This originally did not come with any accessories, but it will be presented in a modern iconic Tiffany blue box, ready to gift.
